How to Perform

  1. 01In a plank position, join your thumbs and index fingers to form a diamond.
  2. 02Keeping your elbows close to your body, lower your chest toward your hands.
  3. 03Press back up, driving through your triceps.

Form Tips

  • Do not flare your elbows; keep the load on the triceps.
  • If your wrists complain, separate your hands by a few centimeters.
