How to Perform
- 01Lie face down (or sit) and set the pad just above your ankles.
- 02Curl your heels toward your glutes.
- 03Squeeze your hamstrings, then release the weight with resistance.
Form Tips
- Your hips must not lift off the pad; if they do, the weight is too heavy.
- Use the full range of motion; half reps shortchange the hamstrings.
