How to Perform

  1. 01Set your back and shoulders against the pads, feet shoulder-width on the platform.
  2. 02Release the safety handles and squat until your knees pass 90 degrees.
  3. 03Drive through your heels and come back up under control.

Form Tips

  • Feet higher on the platform emphasizes glutes/hamstrings; lower emphasizes quads.
  • Do not let your knees cave in; keep them in line with your toes.
